Aug. 21st, 2021 07:42 pmCHARACTER NAME: Beverly Marsh
CHARACTER SERIES: IT
[OOC]
Backtagging: Forever and always.
Threadhopping: If it calls for it, yes.
Fourthwalling: Not sure why or how, but run it by me first and we'll determine if it is ok.
Offensive subjects: None for me personally.
[IC]
Hugging this character: Sure, though she will be very stiff and probably flinch at first for reasons.
Kissing this character: Big time no. Not unless she is drunk or knows you. Please ask her first or let her ask or make the first move.
Flirting with this character: Flirting is fine, she used to be a good flirt, she might remember how to do that again.
Shipping
OTP: Ben Hanscomb** He is her canonical love interest and the one true happy ending she is given.
Give it a GoTP: Other losers: Mike, Bill (if divorced), Richie or Richie/Eddie in a poly thing possibly even a platonic life mates situation.
Cross Canon: Don't ask how it happened, but Arthur Morgan, Red Dead Redemption 2. Open to other Cross Canon possibilities.
NoTP: IT/Pennywise, Alvin Marsh, Henry Bowers, Belch Huggins, Vic Criss, Patrick Hockstetter (any of Bowers' gang book or films)
Fighting with this character: Sure, she's scrappy but not trained or anything. She'd go down after a good hit or a couple minutes.
Injuring this character: I'd prefer not to get her more banged up that broken bones or bad bleeding, nothing more than hospital stays.
Killing this character: No thanks
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: She's seen some shit, she's looked into the deadlights, if you want that then by all means.
Warnings: Bev's past is full of trauma from child sexual molestation and abuse to sexual, physical and emotional abuse from her now ex husband Tom. She's gravitated to the same sort of men as her father as victims of abuse often due and had not sought out therapy. Though she is in a better emotional place at the end of the story she is very vulnerable and dealing with these traumas up to that point.
Discussion of these topics could come up, if you'd rather opt out just say so.
